Exchange and return policy:
1- Exchange and return are made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product within Saudi Arabia only.
2- The amount will be returned within 7-14 days after receiving the product and ensuring that the product is free of defects and that it is in its original condition and all cards are not removed.
3- Return/exchange costs are borne by the customer. .

4- The customer must not ship the product until after the exchange or return policy has been issued by us (the representative receives it from the door of the customer’s house).
Note: The delivery fee (29 riyals) is not refunded to the customer upon return

29 riyals (delivery fees) + 28 riyals (return fees) are deducted
57 riyals of the total price of the purchase invoice
